On the 10-th of November begins plying the everyday express train Sumy-Kiev-Sumy, which passengers are allowed to get the capital and return for one day. It was reported by the press-center of the State administration of the railway transport. The express with its number 191/192 will start running from Sumy at 6:10 a.m. and get into the capital at 11:45. The distance between two cities will be covered for 5,5 hours with the speed 140 km/h. Stops of the express are foreseen in Vorozhba, Putivl', Konotop. The train returns to Kiev on the same day at 16:20 and arrives into the terminal at 21:35. There are 2 compartment coaches, 4 second-class coaches and the restaurant in the express. The personnel, containing the specialists, who studied at technical school of Kremenchug (Poltava region), serve passengers. TV-sets, air-conditioners, tea, hot meals are provided for the passengers. The fare cost in the first-class coach is 35 grivnas, but in the second class - 21 grivnas. The Southern railway assimilates high speeds for the third time. The first train was "Capital Express", which began to ply on the itinerary Khar'kov-Kiev; the second one was the day train "Southern Express".

Ukraine plans to conclude the treaty for getting a credit with the aim of reconstructing the State international airport "Borispol'" with the Japanese bank of international cooperation at the beginning of December 2004. Nikolay Shmatko, the chief manager of the airport, told journalists about this. Last year in October the Japanese government took a decision about providing a credit for Ukraine by the Japanese bank of international cooperation in the amount of 171,744 million $ (19,92 milliard yen) with the aim of the project realization "Reconstructions of the International airport Borispol'". The credit will be provided for 30 years at 1,5% rate with a ten-year privilege period. The credit will be given after signing a proper contract between Ukraine and the Japanese bank of international cooperation. It will de directed towards constructing a new terminal, an aircraft parking, also to reconstruction and infrastructure improvement of the airport "Borispol'". All the works are to be finished by 2009. Beforehand, conclusion of the credit agreement was planned last October. After this it was supposed to develop a detailed plan of the airport reconstruction and to declare a tender for the enterprise selection, which is going to provide the reconstruction. This October the first stone was laid into the fundament of the international terminal complex of the aircompany "AeroSvit - Ukrainian airlines" in the State international airport "Borispol'". Construction is to be finished in 18 months. The new terminal will occupy the area in more than 60 thousand square meters, this area is more than one of terminals A and B in Borispol'. The construction of the new terminal will allow trebling the present capacities of the airport. In particular, the new terminal will let pass about 2 thousand passengers per hour, 3,5 passengers - per year. The presupposed cost of the project is 80 million $, 30 % will be financed at "AeroSvit's" account. The operating conditions of the complex are appointed on the 26-th of March 2006.

The Crimean physicians state out that hot summer is not the best period for the spa healthy rendering. Autumn is more useful - the Sun is still hot, the sea is warm, and loading on the cardio-vascular system is less. Probably, the holidaymakers began to follow the doctors' advice, because you can see crowds of people on the quay as in the prime of any season. Comparing with the previous autumn, there are almost half as much health resort visitors in sanatoria of Yalta this autumn. Except weather, which did not lead up this autumn, there is one important factor as a developed city state. The town council in Yalta states out that the city has been greatly approaching the standards of the international health resorts. Yalta becomes a round-the-year place of rest. Soon one of the southcoastal slopes of the Crimean mountains will become the alpine skiing resort. The amount of seminars and congresses increases in winter. The weekend excursions become more and more popular. Many residents of Khar'kov, Donetsk and Dnepropetrovsk come to Yalta looking for the warm Sun and sea air to spend their weekend. They can get there in an hour.

In Zaporozhje the historical and cultural complex "Zaporozhskaya Sech" on the island of Khortitsa began to be built. 
The chief of the secretariat of the officers' alliance in Ukraine Igor Lisodid told the newspaper "Segodnya" that the idea of revivification of the Sech had appeared in 2000. He also told that it would be a good business, while keeping a desert place on the island would never be a good thing. Lisodid reported about the opportunity of tourist's visit and their acquaintance with the great past of our people. He said that it would be good if that business were profitable in future.
The builders of the complex plan that the tourists should be able to visit not only the museums of the history of the Cossacks, but also the horse theater. They will have an opportunity to visit the town with the restored buildings of the Cossacks' times, which is going to be settled down in the center of the island.
6 Cossacks' huts, the house of the ataman, the office, the cannon-foundry, the school of ancient times and the church will be built in the new Sech. The church will work, and it will be possible to baptize children and marry within its walls.
The territory will be embarked with the hedge and sentinel towers. Behind the hedge there will be the town of workmen, a forge and a pottery-house. The cost of the work is up to 14 million grv.
It is interesting that the Sech appeared on the island in the latest times. It happened during the lasting maniacal celebration of the 500-th anniversary of the Cossacks. This anniversary appeared at the end of the 80-s and in the middle of the 90-s. Practically every year the wooden construction was built, which resembled the northern American fortress but not Zaporozhskaya Sech. Around it the crowd of Cossacks and Tartars pranced during the days of celebration. They performed the attacks of the Tartars (who resembled mostly the Indians from the tribe of Siu) on the near-by village and the striking counter attack of the Cossacks. At any rate, all these decorations burnt in a good way. After the action the construction was pulled down, and it did not cost 14 million USD. How long will the present construction stand?
In any case the idea is good, and taking into account the image of the city, which has been created for ten years, and its wish to become the tourist center, this idea should have been realized much earlier! It was a nuisance after the above-mentioned celebrations that there was Zaporozhje and there were Cossacks on the horses, but there were only miserable ruins instead of the Sech like in Catherine's times.   

The Cabinet of Ministers gave orders to open the terminal through the state frontier at the airport "Izmail" (Odessa region) for the international air communication. It has been proclaimed in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers since the 28-th of October.
In July 2001 the Cabinet of Ministers transferred the airports of 11 regional and local centers of Khar'kov, Vinnitsa, Mariupol' (Donetsk region), Kirovograd, Lugansk, Kerch (the Crimea), Uzhgorod, Cherkassy, Ternopol', Izmail (Odessa region) and Krivoy Rog (Dnepropetrovsk region) to the property of the state administrative councils of these regions.
Beforehand, the Ministry of Transportation had declared that the development of the airport in Izmail could be perspective, because many tourists might fly into the city, particularly from Austria and Germany and change a seat on the steamships for the tours along the Danube.
The newspaper "Ukrainian News" writes that the Cabinet of Ministers proclaimed the international status of the airport in Mariupol' in May and opened the terminal through the state border for the international air communication.
