Long before the 200-anniversary of the Nikitsky botanic garden a new "younger brother" is to be arrived in the Crimea: inSimpheropol in the park of Salgirka a new botanic garden of the Tavrichesky University named after Vernadsky, as informed by IS "Crimea for Russians"
The project of the statute to found the botanic garden in the Salgirka park was signed the last year. This statute will be discussed in April by the Crimea parlament. Each University chair will be provided with a certain area and students and the professors will be responsible for the plant grounded there.

The most farsighted persons have already purchased railway tickets and as a result without problems to take the train for the May holidays. But it is only the "warming-up" for those who travel and those who transfer. As in front we have the holiday season. And now the question: how the most popular passenger transfer is being prepared for this "hot" season? The new so called "summer" timetable of passenger train  and direct coming cars for the transfer in 2005-2006  will be put into operation at 00 on 29 May. For a while "Ukrazaliznitsa" does not open all the cards. But nevertheless, some details and the innovations in the train time tables in the period of  mass transfers became famous. The interconnection with the SNG countries will be provided by 171 pairs of passenger trains (for 10 trains more). The most popular itineraries and trains (which are constantly much in need) "Ukrzaliznitsa" keep without change. And more than that, the most "stir" itineraries  are equipped with 27 pairs of new trains with specially developed timetables. Among them there are 14 pairs of international trains. The "hot" south direction was enforced by "Ukrzaliznitsa" with 15 paires of new trains (7 - for the internal lines in the country, 8 - for the international operation). At the same time "Ukrzaliznitsa" has increased the periodic of the 5 pairs of passenger trains inside the country at the mostly popular directions: Evpatoria, Feodosiya, Kerch, Simpheropol. There will be following regular trains: N222/221 Kiev-Kerch, N248/247 Kiev-Evpatoria, N237/238 Kiev-Simpheropol, N228/227 Kiev-Berdyansk. And at the same time ,according to the special order, in a day with another train number there will be the train N283/284 Kiev-Simpheropol instead of the train N559/560 Kiev-Simpheropol. There is a hope that these trains will solve the problems with the lack of tickets for the passengers traveling from Kiev region to the Crimea.

In the Odessa region with the support of the mutual project of the State tourist administration and the European Community the tourist information centre is to be founded. This question was discussed during the meeting of the chief of the Central City Department of International Economical contacts, European integration and tourism Konstantin Rtzepishevsky together with the experts  of the European Community and the representatives of the State administration in the field of tourism. This meeting took place on the 2nd February in the Odessa regional administration. Among the problems discussed at this meeting much attention will be payed to further development of tourism  and specially corresp;onding to the European standards. To solve these problems the inspectors
of Ukraine and the Europea Community will be involved. Among these programs there will be tourist centers founded in different towns of Ukraine: Kiev, Uzgorod, Sevastopol, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky. The main aim of these centres will be further spreading the tourist information to abroad and to start cooperation with different tourist enterprices.
Rtsepishevsky expressed great interest to the realization and support this project on the territory of the Odessa region, informed Liga-online.

The “International Ukraine Airlines” plan to introduce the electron tickets in 2005. This information was provided to “Ukraine News” by the Ukraine Ministry of Aviation (MAU) press service. According to this information the introduction of electron tickets will be in parallel with the standard tickets.
In the connection with this transfer the MAU plans to equipped the certain departments with special computer-aided systems of income control.
The MAU plans to put this ticket system into complete operation by 2007. It is necessary to remind that in 2004 the MAU has increased the total flight transfer by 25.49% thus reaching the figures 640 thousand of passengers.
As a result the 2003 profit reached 3 017 million grivna. The stock-holders of the MAU are the Fund of the State Property purchasing 61.6% of the shares, the “Austria Airlines” – 22.5%. Debis AerFinance – 6% and the European bank of reconstruction and development – 9.9%
