Besides this, according to the promise of Victor Laga, the Dneprovskiy regional administrator, during the nearest two years extra beaches will arrive in the park of People Friendship.
And more than that the meer of Kiev A.Omelchenko made an order to the municipal services to finish the landscape planning of the lake Almaznoe in the Troeshina region and put into operation the open-air  water supply system.
All these plans are a part of the city program and more than 3 milliards grivna are required for their realization.

The Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma made corrections in the passport Regulations for citizens coming abroad. The Corresponding Order was signed by the state leader on the 10th December.
According to the Ukraine President Order, the points 2-4 of the passport Regulations  will have the following wording:
2. Passport has the size of a small cut book (88 x 125 mm) threw sewed together with 64 pages in a soft cover (in the old edition of the Regulations the passport could be of 96 pages - "Details")..
All the pages are numbered, each page has the small State Emblem of Ukraine and the sign "Ukraine" and the perforated number of the passport. On the front side of the cover there is the foil made contours of the small Ukraine State Emblem (in the old edition of the passport Regulations - foil was of gold color - "Details") and beneath - two lines written in Ukraine and English "PASSPORT   UKRAINE".
On the computer-printed page (the page of data), between the internal side of the first page of the cover and the first page of the passport, above the printed above the word "Ukraine". Lower to the left the word "Passport" and below there is a space for the digital printed photo of the passport owner (according to the old edition of the Regulations the owner's photo was film glued - "Details"). To the right - information of the type, code of the state, passport N, as well as family and first name, citizenship, date of birth, personal number, place of birth, date of issue and validity of the passport, signature of the bearer. In the low part - the line along all the page for the computer reading information . The exact place foil all information concerning the passport bearer is determined according to the recommendations of the International Organization of the Civil Aviation (ICAO)". Henceforward on the first page of the passport across the upper level it will be printed "Passport is Ukraine property” beneath it in two columns - the following texts: "On Behalf of Ukraine Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine ask all who can be engaged, by all possible means facilitate the travel of the passport owner and provide necessary help and defence".
The 2nd – 5th pages of the passport are for special notes where according to the settled order on the personal request the parents can include the information about their children, address, contact phone, blood group and rhesus-factor.
The 6th – 32nd (54th page) are for visas for entrance to the foreign country and stamps for crossing  countries by the passport owner.
On the internal side of the right part of the passport there is the printed information connected with the custom house, currency, medicine and consulate requirements.
The sample of the passport, printed texts and symbols on the pages and the technical design and printed texts are confirmed by the Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers.
3. All printed texts in the passport (excluding information on the internal right side of the cover concerning the custom house, currency, medical and consulate requirements) as well as the personal information about the bearer of the passport are written in Ukraine and English.
4. The information concerning the passport bearer is laser engraved and perforated. According to the Decree in the indent line of the point 9 starting with words "made of the high quality paper with a special protection" which are substituted with "a paper with with defence elements, multilevel polycorbanate and special defence".
The Decree comes into force since the 1st January 2005   

"Ukrzaliznitsa" for New Year holidays makes extra 60-70 pairs of trains. This information was informed today to journalists by the chief of the Central passenger department Ivan Karpyak. According to the "UNIAN" information, he said that by today 41 pairs of trains have been made, it means more than 280 trips. Karpyak also noted that the majority of extra trains follow to Crimea and the West regions of Ukraine, a little bit less - in the direction to Kiev.

For the New Year holidays the children railway transfers in Ukraine will be free of charge. It was informed by UNIAN.
The correspondent instruction was signed by Georgy Kirpa, the Minister of transport and communication of Ukraine.
Since 24 December up to 10 January children up to 17 years old will be transferred free of charge. But the transfer can be provided only with the third class cars.
This instruction is not applied to the cars of the first and second classes as well as to international trains.

The Kharkov airport has received the international certificate which indicates that this enterprise answers to all technical requirements and is completely ready to provide day and night flights as it was decleared by the meer of the city Vladimir Shumilkin.
As it was informed by the press-office of the Kharkov city-hall, "this certificate became the standard of the Kharkov airport success which could not be attained for a long time. This certificate is valid during three years and it is the obligatory document for air transfers
